KMIZTS FE (FAITH T-SHIRT)

Algunas veces intento ser religiosa pero no me gusta parecerme a la gente religiosa  de la mayoría de sectas que hay por doquier, pero cuando pasan cosas inexplicables porque estuve rezando y haciendo promesas, sé que tengo que cumplir esas promesas, estas camisetas fueron una de esas promesas que hice a Dios: promover la fe de alguna manera, entonces pensé que era una buena idea hacer una bonita kmiz con un bonito y no muy dramático y fanático  mensaje. Estas fueron las segundas kmizs que hice y no fueron muy difíciles de hacer, lo único que se debe tener cuidado en seguir correctamente las instrucciones de el papel transfer, la temperatura es una cosa  muy importante que se debe hacer correctamente, aunque la primera que imprimí fue en una camiseta oscura no fue muy difícil debido a la temperatura, pero la segunda fue un poquito más difícil debido a la temperatura de la plancha, no pude graduar muy bien la temperatura de esta y tuve que estar mucho tiempo planchando el papel sobre la kmiz y como no tengo mucha paciencia el resultado no fue el mejor, pero en la kmiz blanca el resultado es más bonito y mucho más rápido. La primera kmiz que hice fue de un diseño celta y parece bastante bonita. Que piensan de todo esto?

Sometimes I try to be religious but I don’t want to come across like religious people from the majority sects which are everywhere, but when inexplicable things happen because I was praying and making promises, I know that I have to keep those promises, so these t-shirts were one of the promises that I made to God: to promote faith in some way, so I thought it was a good idea make a nice t-shirt with a nice and not very dramatic or fanatical message. These were the second printable t-shirts I made and they weren`t very difficult to do, the only thing that you have to take care about is to follow the correct instructions on the transfer paper and the temperature is a very important thing to do correctly.  Although the first one was printed on a dark t-shirt, it wasn´t very difficult owing to the temperature, but the second ones in dark color were a little more difficult owing to the temperature of the iron. I couldn´t control the iron’s temperature very well and I had to spend a lot of time ironing the paper on the t-shirt, and I don`t have a lot patience. The results on the dark faith t-shirt weren´t the best, but on the white t-shirt the result was nicer and quicker. The first one was a Celtic design and it looks really nice so what do you think about all of it?

CAMISETAS DECORADAS PARA NIÑOS (DECORATED T-SHIRTS FOR CHILDREN)

Algunas de estas camisetas las hice hace mucho tiempo para mis sobrinas, hijos o hijas de mis amigas incluso para las hijas de mi cuñada y para la sobrina nieta de mi esposo, fue realmente divertidas de hacer porque pensé en los gustos particulares de algunos niños, como en el caso de mi sobrina que ella estudia danza y por eso hice una pequeña bailarina con su tu-tu rosa.

Some of these t-shirts I made a lot time ago for my nieces or for my friends’ sons or daughters even for my sister in laws’ daughters or my husband’s grand-niece. It was really fun to do because I thought in some cases of the particular interests of the children. For example, in the case of my niece, she is a dance student so for this reason I made her a little dancer with her pink tou-tou.

ESPIRALES Y PRINCESAS (SPIRALS AND PRINCESSES)

Después de muchos días de no escribir en el blog, pero no x inactividad si no por mucho estudio y por mucho uso de mi cabecita… aquí estoy con una nueva creación.. son unos lindos espirales q he pegado a unas bandas elásticas para usar en la cabeza y porque princesas? Porque son para las princesas, cuales? Una que yo sé que muere x el color verde y otras que seguramente ya se están antojando. Se pueden adaptar a muchas cosas. Aquí unos ejemplitos:

After a few days of not having written in the blog, not because of inactivity but for having been studying and using my head a lot.l..here I am with another creation. They are nice spirals that I glued onto elastic bands to wear on the head. Why princesses? Because these are for princesses, but which ones? One that I know who would die for the colour green and others, that surely now are interested in it. It is possible to adapt to many things. Here are some examples:

Pues si chic@s en esta época donde tanto se habla de crisis, y que a algunos nos golpea más que a otros, hay que hacer como hacían las abuelas... rescatar los trapitos y convertirlos en nuevos con más estilo. aquí les dejo una página donde una chica hace cosas increíbles con camisetas comunes y corrientes. http://marisantos.com/urbn/urban.html Yo incluso me arriesgué con una de estas customizaciones hace algunos días. Aquí les dejo el después porque se me olvidó hacer la foto del antes, pero tengo preparadas otras cuantas que ya las enseñaré en su momento. Espero que se arriesguen a darle nuevos aíres a esas prendas olvidadas o incluso a las de los novios que seguramente las de algunos que yo sé serán grandotas.

Yes fell@s, at this time when everybody is speaking about the financial crisis and it hits us more than others, we have to make the things that our grandmothers made…to rescue old clothes and turn them into something newer and more stylish.
